The AWFDA – ALTCS is a partnership between all the AHCCCS ALTCS plans and includes the following health plans:

 

Banner University Family Care, the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Mercy Care, and United Healthcare Community Plan.

Developmental Disabilities (DD)

The AWFDA – DD is the collaboration between all AHCCCS DD plans and includes the following health plans: 

 

Mercy Care, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, the Division of Developmental Disabilities and AHCCCS.

About AWFDA

The Alliance serves as a single point of contact for the shared provider network and collaborates with Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and the Department of Child Safety Comprehensive Health Plan (DCS-CHP) to drive long-lasting and effective change in Arizona's workforce.
